Rod’s on time
Rod Stewart is said to be excited about tackling two rock-star milestones in 2013.
The first is his landmark new album ‘Time’ – his first album of new material in almost 20 years. The second is the planned UK tour.
As part of the four-city ‘Time tour’, Rod is one of the initial headliners for the first purpose-built music venue in the UK – the 13,000 capacity Leeds Arena. Rod will also play Liverpool, Newcastle and London, as part of the Time Tour which follows his Live The Life tour in June.

Rod Stewart said: “2013 is a momentous year for me. Nothing means more to me than performing for a live audience, and I can’t wait to get back to the UK!”
The tour coincides with the release of Rod’s first album of songs he has written and produced in almost 20 years. The album marks his return to his song-writing roots.
In addition to six tracks from Time, the tour features many of Rod’s classic hits including You Wear It Well, Maggie May, Do Ya Think I’m Sexy, Baby Jane, The First Cut is the Deepest, I Don’t Want To Talk About It, Tonight’s The Night, and Sailing.
Rod Stewart has released 27 studio albums and garnered an estimated 150 million in album sales worldwide.
With a career now in its fifth decade, Rod has clocked up more than six consecutive No.1 albums, 62 hit singles including 31 Top 10s and six No.1s.
